By accessing and using DetailApex ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

DetailApex provides a software platform for mobile car detailers to manage bookings, services, and customer communications. We act as a technology provider and are not a party to the actual transaction between detailers and their customers.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. DetailApex cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

• Subscription: DetailApex is a paid service. By subscribing, you agree to pay the monthly or annual fees indicated.
• Processing: Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.
• Refunds: Subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time to stop future billing.

5. User Content

You retain all rights to the data, images, and content you upload to the Service ("User Data"). By uploading User Data, you grant DetailApex a license to store, display, and use it solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall DetailApex, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Wisconsin, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
